2025-JV taxes were 85.82% of the Total
JV Tax Amount Increases: 2024 over 2021=$453.52 or 38.45% Increase
JV Tax Amount Increases: 2025 over 2024=$318.41 or 19.5% increase
JV Tax Amount Increases: 2025 over 2021=$771.93 or 65.44% increase
I suggest every property owner use the tax information provided by the county to compare their actual property tax increases to what they were led to believe by those on the City Council before the upcoming election in May.
